Return Policy

If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, we will immediately replace it at no additional cost to the customer, once we are notified either by phone at +30 699 907 6449 or via email at herbalpharmacy365@proton.me.

In the case of a non-defective product, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

a) The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
b) The packaging must be unopened and in its original condition.
(In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.)

In any case, for a return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the original order receipt.

For orders that have already been shipped but not yet delivered, the right of withdrawal still applies. Specifically, for orders paid by debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, and already handed over to the partner courier company, a refund can only be issued once the package has been returned to our company. Once we receive the returned undelivered package, the order amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 3–7 business days.

In the case of payment by credit card, if HerbalPharmacy365.gr has already received the payment from the bank, we are obligated to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will then proceed with the necessary actions. After we notify the bank, HerbalPharmacy365.gr bears no responsibility for the timing or method of the refund, as this is governed by the agreement between the issuing bank and the customer.

HerbalPharmacy365.gr is not liable for delays in the execution of an order (including delivery) that are caused by circumstances beyond its control or due to force majeure. This includes events related to the COVID-19 pandemic, such as restrictions on movement or entry/exit from certain areas. In such cases, HerbalPharmacy365.gr is entitled to an extension of the delivery time.

Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production issues, currency fluctuations, government or legislative actions, natural disasters, pandemics, and epidemics.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the withdrawal form and send it to herbalpharmacy365@proton.me within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
